How do I set up my software?

I can handle the setup for you and talk you through each step. I'll guide you through the initial configuration of your accounting software to ensure a seamless transition from your current system.

Absolutely. I understand every business is unique. I can work with you to create a bespoke plan tailored to your specific needs.

Can I get a custom plan?

Do I need to use Xero?

I specialise in Xero bookkeeping but can work with whatever software you choose to use. I can also do your bookkeeping on spreadsheets if you prefer.

What if my bookkeeping is behind?

That's absolutely fine. I can review where things currently stand and let you know what needs to be brought up to date before we move on to regular bookkeeping. I love creating order from chaos!

I keep communication simple and convenient, primarily using email and a secure, private portal where information can be uploaded and shared.

What are the billing terms?

Billing is straightforward and transparent. I offer ongoing monthly plans and one-off clean-up or set-up work to suit your business needs. All invoices are sent directly to your email.

What do you need from me each month?

Very little. Once everything is set up, I'll let you know exactly what I need and when. I aim to keep the process as simple and hands-off for you as possible.

Can you take over from my current bookkeeper?

Yes. I can help make the transition as smooth as possible and liaise with them to obtain the information or access I need to get started.

Do you work with my accountant?

Yes. I can keep your bookkeeping organised throughout the year so your accountant has the information they need when it comes to your accounts and tax returns.

Is my financial information secure?

Yes. I use secure systems and appropriate access permissions when working with your bookkeeping and financial information. I am also registered with the ICO.
