help
PLEASE NOTE
I don't submit MTD returns. I get your books and software ready and keep them up to date. You or your accountant send the updates to HMRC, and I'm happy to work alongside your accountant.

Choosing the right software: Xero, FreeAgent or QuickBooks, whichever suits you

Setting it up properly: bank feeds, categories and settings done right from day one

Getting your records digital: I will catch up and tidy any backlog

Showing you how it works: in plain English, at your pace

Ongoing monthly bookkeeping: if you would rather I keep it all up to date for you

Common
questions
I earn under £30,000. Do I need to do anything?
Not yet. The threshold drops to £20,000 in April 2028, but you can join early if you would like to get ahead.
I use a spreadsheet. Can I keep it?
Spreadsheets can work with 'bridging' software, but most sole traders find proper bookkeeping software simpler. I can help you decide.
What does it cost?
It depends on how much there is to set up. Get in touch and I will give you a clear quote.
